The named individual we have on the database is the person who has specifically chosen to receive marketing material. None of our databases are by-product lists (such as a group of magazine subscribers), they are all compiled. How is the data updated?The data is updated throughout the year by mailing and telemarketing methods. We do our best to have the most up-to-date data available and are sufficiently confident in our data quality that we openly promote a returns policy which is explained in more detail if you click on this link returns policy. What formats can the data be supplied in?
We can supply the data in most formats and the most requested form of delivery is email. We guarantee a 24-hour turnaround of data from receipt of order and faster delivery times can be arranged upon request. Can we use the data more than once?Yes. We offer licences whereby you can use the data an agreed multiple of times over a 12-month period. Please call us on 020 7324 2364 for more information. What is your approval process?We insist on seeing all proposed mailing samples as part of our terms and conditions of business. We don’t allow mailings that seek to build new databases (for example those inviting respondents to opt in or out of third party mailings or sample publications inviting free registrations). If you select a list owned by a third party, such as a professional body, they too will need to approve your mailing. What type of information is available?Please view the full selection criteria and fields available on the list section of the site, lists available, counts and prices, or by selecting the market area button of your choice on the home page. How do we work out the cost of the data?We charge by the number of records. All our costs can be viewed on the site under each database. What happens if I get returns from my mailing?Although we ensure that all records in our databases do not include anyone who indicated they do not wish to receive mailings, some pieces of direct mail do get returned to sender. We pride ourselves on accurate, up-to-date data, so if you are experiencing returns, we need to know which records these are so that we can amend our databases.
